The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Sales Engineer who thrives at the intersection of technology, business, and global engagement.
This isn’t a desk-bound role.
You’ll work alongside our Sales Account Managers across North America, Europe, and beyond—designing solutions, presenting to customers, and helping bring complex networking environments to life. One week you might be leading a solution workshop for a hospitality group, the next you could be onsite at a major venue helping shape the future of connectivity.
You are the translator between vision and execution—the person who turns business needs into scalable, real-world solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with Sales Account Managers across multiple regions to drive technical strategy and win new business
- Design and present innovative Wi-Fi and network solutions for global customers and partners
- Lead engaging demos, workshops, and technical discussions—virtually and in person
- Travel to customer sites, conferences, and partner locations to support opportunities and deployments
- Translate customer requirements into practical, scalable architectures
- Act as a trusted advisor—aligning technology solutions with real business outcomes
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in networking, software-defined infrastructure, and connectivity
- Collaborate with internal engineering and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution
What You Bring
- 5+ years in a pre-sales, sales engineering, or customer-facing technical role
- Strong expertise in networking (Wi-Fi, switching, network architecture)
- Experience delivering impactful presentations and live demos
- Ability to simplify complex technical ideas for any audience
- A problem-solving mindset and the ability to think on your feet
- Comfort working across cultures, time zones, and industries
- A passion for travel and working in diverse environments
Bonus Points
- Experience in hospitality, large venues, or public Wi-Fi deployments
- Exposure to global partner ecosystems or channel sales
- Familiarity with cloud-based or software-defined network management platforms
